Layout

Ground Floor

The living room boasts a comfortable sofa for 8 guests, a 55’’ Smart TV, and direct access to the outdoor area.  The villa's expansive windows offer views of the surrounding lush greenery, from everywhere you stand. A few steps away, guests will find the indoor dining area for 8 guests and a fully equipped kitchen. With its playful green cabinet lining, breakfast island counter, and high-quality built-in appliances the kitchen offers all the essentials for a self-catered holiday. A WC suitable for guests with restricted mobility is also available.

Bedroom 1: This bedroom features two twin-size beds (0,90 x 2,00), which can be converted into a Queen-size bed, upon request. This bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom, with a standup shower, a 32” TV, a closet, and a self-controlled A/C.  The bedroom also opens up to a small private veranda that also benefits from the stunning views.

First Floor

The first floor features the master bedroom. This bedroom boasts a King-size bed (1,80 x 2,00), and an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower. This bedroom also features a 32” TV, a closet, and a private balcony. From the master bedroom, a wooden path leads the guests to a wonderful lounging spot with an outdoor living space enjoying the best possible views of the area, hills, and sea.

Lower  Floor

The lower floor of this stunning property is dedicated to fitness and fun, with a spacious gym and a playroom for the whole family to enjoy and the two remaining bedrooms. 

The entertainment area offers a 55’’ smart TV, PS5, Bluetooth speaker, and sofa, as well as access to the pool terrace. For those who wish to stay active, Alva Residence also features a gym complete with top-of-the-line equipment including free and kettlebell weights, an abs bench, a treadmill, a static bike, a multifunction exercise apparatus, and a 43’’ TV.

Bedroom 3: This bedroom features a King-size bed (1,80 x 2,00), and an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower. This bedroom also features a vanity, a 32” Smart TV, and direct access to the outdoor area. 

Bedroom 4: This bedroom features two twin-size beds (0,90 x 2,00), which can be converted into a King-size bed (1,80 x 2,00) upon request.  This bedroom also features a closet, a 32” Smart TV, and direct access to the outdoor area. 

Finally, an additional WC and a laundry room with a washer, dryer, safety box, and sink are located on this level.

Outdoor area

The exterior of Alva's residence covers 410 m2 and the spacious terrace allows you to bask in the warm sunshine and soak up the beauty of the natural surroundings. 

More specifically, the outdoor facilities include:

- A private, 40 sq.m. swimming pool, 1,5 m deep with step access. 

- A second, built-in 8m2 pool with a hydromassage function with an additional lounging area. The pool is 1 m. deep and can also be used as a kids’ pool. Both pools can be heated for the entire stay, upon advance request with an additional daily charge each.

- The pool area is equipped with 7 sun beds, 2 umbrellas, side tables, a hanging egg chair, and a poolside shower.

- A gas BBQ with an outdoor sink so you can prepare your meals with ease.

- A shaded, round outdoor dining table for 8 under a pergola ideal for al fresco dining.

- Parking space for several cars inside the Villa premises

- The whole Villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security and full privacy to our guests.
